Who We Are

Minor Power was founded by Adam Benforado, a law professor, author, and activist dedicated to advancing children's rights. His goal was to create an organization that might act as a hub for youth enfranchisement advocacy, helping to translate academic discourse into real world action, amplify youth voices, and build broad coalitions to create transformative change.

Our Team

Minor Power was created with help from law students in Adam's "The Rights of Children" course, who contributed their energy, ideas, and perspectives to our mission. As we expand, we look forward to welcoming more voices and expertise to our organization. We believe in the power of intergenerational collaboration and are committed to having youth representation at all levels of our work.

We're always looking for individuals passionate about youth voting rights to join our cause. Whether you're a student, educator, legal professional, or concerned citizen, there's a place for you in the Minor Power community.
